Day 318 Dental Drama

Went to first dental appointment today. Felt the fear and did it anyway.
My muscles are sore from clenching with anxiety, and teeth are sore because I went to the dentist!
Did a post just now and lost it – I’m so foggy with fatigue. Apologies if you got two posts.
Tomorrow will be back to normal.
